Microsoft whiteboard Unable to change font size on text box objects (using templates)

This is the absolute worst answer I have ever seen to a question. That is like saying "I can't see cars that are far away when I'm driving" and instead of recommending glasses, you recommend "Just drive closer to them." How about an actual answer from someone who gives a damn? The boxes need to be seen as a whole from far away, not from extremely close with limited view.

I think I've solved the issue. I've opened up my list of programs and deleted Microsoft Whiteboard and used an effective tool instead of a bizarre, backwards and non-functional tool.

LOL - Reminds me of the instructions on how to drink decaf coffee

1. Pour a cup of decaf
2. Dump it out
3. Pour regular coffee instead.

I understand the concept that zooming in and out should make text more visible, but the core issue that goes unresolved is that the size of the text varies, sometimes is tiny (even when zoomed in) and changing the size of the text box does nothing to the text itself.

Font scaling is native to PowerPoint and the ability to change font sizes dates back to at least Windows 3.1 and Notepad. I strongly suggest that this simple feature be added to Whiteboard if Microsoft intends for companies to use it instead of Miro or Google.

I've have spent similar painstaking time trying to figure this out. One thing I've discovered that I don't believe is talked about enough is the fact that if you use the 'Text' tool and create text, then the sizing of that object WILL adjust the size of the text.

So I think the workaround here is to add a text box and overlay it on an object, instead of having text in the object itself. You then have control over increasing/decreasing text size regardless of object size.

The lack of this functionality is a huge let down. My only workaround is to copy and paste from a template that has text size closer to what I want
