    I reconsidered buying Microsoft 365 and went to site to choose payment. I wanted to get the $6.99 monthly payment through PayPal but did not see the button to choose this. Somehow, I got charged the entire yearly amount and it overdrafted my bank account. I am an elderly woman without much tech knowledge. I need to cancel the order and get the payment back into my account. I am now completely confused. I am trying to protect my computer but probably do not need to make these decisions alone. Please let me know if I can get the money back.

    Hi Team,

    I would like you to refund back £59.99 that you took from my card as I didn't not purchase the product . I only did one off purchase.

    Kindly refund back my money as it has made me gone over my limits and being charged £12.
