If I have a subscription i wasnt aware of it till the money came out can you cancel my subscription and refund my account for the past couple of years

I started a new subscription with Microsoft 365 in April so do not need the September one. You have taken the money for September 24 so would like to cancel and have a refund

I got billed for this product last year and tried to spoke to someone and got a refund. Thought that would handle it but I just got billed again and do not have the device. I would like a refund again.
