I was promised a refund for Microsoft 365 charged 10/15 $13.55 and 11/15 for $13.55 I have never used Microsoft and the Best Buy Equipment was returned within 2 days of purchase
i would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund as i did not ask for it
I only needed microsoft from the time I purchased it until may of 2023 for school and did not realize I was on a subscription. I also did not receive a reminder that the subscription was renewing and was charged for it without having a chance to cancel before I was charged again. Please refund.
