My name is kirna devi. And I want to cancel subscription and need refund because am not using Microsoft that much so I need to cancel my subscription, please 🙏
I got billed for this product last year and tried to spoke to someone and got a refund. Thought that would handle it but I just got billed again and do not have the device. I would like a refund again.
I started a new subscription with Microsoft 365 in April so do not need the September one. You have taken the money for September 24 so would like to cancel and have a refund
