Hi, using Exchange 365 and GMAIL is bouncing all emails -- unsolicited email from your IP address

I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

"Remote server returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.7.28 [2a01:111:f403:7052::701 15] Our system has detected an unusual;rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. Is there a problem on the MS IP addresses right now?

    LB ET, can you post that Diagnostic link in this thread?

    you mentioned, "Microsoft 365 can be found in the corresponding link listed in the Additional diagnostics section of this message."

    It seems that Benjamin is on target and seems to have a solution but I wanted to see what MS says. I am assuming it is the same thing that Benjamin is saying.

    It seems like with all these message, I need to update the SPF, DKIM and DMARC text files. ugh.

    I thank everyone's patience replies in frustrating issue.

    Just so you know, I'm not working for Microsoft... I'm an Admin for multiple companies and we were facing this issue since 9/11

    Microsoft couldn't help us... so we had to find it our by our way. Tried it for one company and it worked, implemented it for every company facing this issue (in our customers) and waiting for feedback but should be working.

    I had multiple (6) microsoft support agents at the phone and nobody could help us... but clearly looks like a war between google & Ms

    Hi Leisa,

    Check your domains in O365 if you can add dns records directly from there, if not then it's probably on register.com (you may have access by yourself or you may have to contact support of register.com)

    I may have some good news. It appears Benjamin is a larger shop but we re a small consulting operation like LB ET. Benjamin led me to looking at my 365 Admin console

    Hope Im not showing anything I shouldnt here. I my case my TXT and CNAME did not ay OK, by showed a problem. When you click on TXT it brings up another window to fix the problem. We did that and a minute later they turned to OK. I then sent out several multiple recipient emails and all went through. We're also following Benjamins instructions on setting up DMARC and DKIM but for now Lisa this may be the only problem you need to solve, or I at least hope so. Thank you everyone for sharing your knowledge with the old man.

    Hi Bob,

    Glad you found it out ! As you can see above, to add Dmarc & DKIM you will have to set it up with GoDaddy:

    I had those errors in O365 too, but even when solving, our customers were facing the same problem (multiple companies). So i would still recommend to set up DMarc & DKIM.
