Hi, using Exchange 365 and GMAIL is bouncing all emails -- unsolicited email from your IP address

I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

    I'm getting the same problem with 2 of my customers. We are in New Zealand. It started showing up on sep 13th for both users with a connection dropped due to socketerror, now it is the same error as the original poster.

    Same issue here, this started happening in the past week or so.

    Can Microsoft please get their IPs off of Gmails blacklist?

    We're having the same issues with our clients too, but mostly only when they are emailing several Gmail addresses at once, for example, via a distribution group. Single emails to Gmail are going through.

    Let's hope Microsoft and Gmail are talking to each other to fix this, as it's way beyond us mere mortals...!

    This is happening to us too. What can I do to fix this? Is there another thread that goes into the steps to correct this? Do I need to contact my ISP (Comcast)? Do I need to update some Outlook functions to prevent this issue?

    I am unaware of steps to fix it.

    It's not a Comcast or Outlook issue. It appears to be a global issue with Gmail blocking/flagging Microsoft IPs.

    I just asked one of my users to ask her Gmail recipients to whitelist her email address, obviously, this is a ridiculous

    ask and not a fix, but curious if it works as a temporary fix.
