Hi, using Exchange 365 and GMAIL is bouncing all emails -- unsolicited email from your IP address

I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

Is there a problem on the MS IP addresses right now?

    Also have the same issue with many clients; we have some that outbound is sent to barracuda and rest are outbound MS and getting it on both sides.

    Selector2 only failed on MXTOOLBOX -- but works just fine -- I did rotate from selector1 to selector2 and all is happy in email land...What is a shame is the lack of response from Microsoft and why this thread even exists... If Microsoft had said that you have to configure this and that and an idea of how, this all would never have happened.. I thought about documenting what I had to do to fix this issue for me, but I wonder how long it would be valid since Microsoft keeps changing the user interface!

    I understand where you are coming from, but just posting what you've learned today may help some poor schmuck like me that has minimal knowledge but has to get email in and out just like you guys. Or our business dies.

    Okay I understand your point --

    I'll work on a document to put here this weekend (09/30/2023) with the disclaimer that things change without notice! I mean this is how this all got started because Google changed something without any prior notice (and by the way if Google's intent was to stop SPAM - they failed!!) and Microsoft not stepping up to the plate to assist!
