I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

Is there a problem on the MS IP addresses right now?

we updated the CNAME with a couple of those selector text. we have not touched the DMARC but we had to move from WIX to GoDaddy and may be the DMARC was set up correctly when we moved over saturday during our change window.
we were just lucky, Bill
None of this was set up for us on GoDaddy. 365 Admin seems to communicate just fine with GD, but I cant get the CNAMES and DMARC to show up on the 365 console, but they are there in GD and my multiple gmails are going through so far, so am hesitant to touch anything. Maybe all the rest of the records in GD beside the original MX, TXT and CNAME record are not supposed to beto chow up. I'd be grateful is a MS tech could give us a hint assuming they are monitoring this thread.
The sad this here is a lot of people as posting the issue, no assistance from Microsoft which we are all paying money to, and people are not posting any information -- very very sad.
I found, strictly by accident logging into the Admin part of Exchange Online ( or Office 365 ) that there was a message stating my DNS records were not right...looked at what MS was saying by looking at the DNS records and added the information to my DNS server -- and lo and behold the errors MS was saying were there went away... I've not tested a "reply all" yet to see if GMAIL issue is resolved...
Had the same problem. You fix was only the beginning and no relationship to the problem in this thread. Benjamin has written out all that needs to be done. way above
