I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

"Remote server returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.7.28 [2a01:111:f403:7052::701 15] Our system has detected an unusual;rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. Is there a problem on the MS IP addresses right now?

I have EXACTLT the same issue. Exchange 365 sending to GMAIL. Only GMAIL kicks them when I send more than 1 gmail address per message

Same issue here. Works to individual gmail accounts but bounces back when there is 2 or. Microsoft need to provide a solution whether that is speaking with gmail or adapting the outgoing emails so they do not appear as SPAM.

Microsoft - this is urgent and costing my business. Please resolve without delay.

Agree! I think it is totally a Microsoft issue -- why would you only have a problem on certain versions of Outlook?

It's 9/21/23 and still a problem! exactly as described in this thread. Only from Outlook desktop (not from outlook on web browser) that GMAIL returns messages when sending to more than one GMAIL user. This is the message I'm getting:

Remote server returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.7.28 [2a01:111:f400:7e89::62e 15] Our system has detected an unusual;rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. I have a work account through Microsoft365 (purchased and managed through Microsoft); accessed through Outlook Desktop: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2309 Build 16.0.16827.20014) 64-bit and its only GMAIL that is rejecting my messages sent.
