I did all the domain checks and everything is checking out fine. SPF and reverse DNS are all correct.

"Remote server returned '550 5.4.300 Message expired -> 421 4.7.28 [2a01:111:f403:7052::701 15] Our system has detected an unusual;rate of unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To;protect our users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been;temporarily rate limited. Please visit; https://support.google.com/mail/?p=UnsolicitedRateLimitError to"

Is there a problem on the MS IP addresses right now?

We had contacted MS support about this issue on the 15th through our upstream provider. We sent them copies of failed emails and the bounce backs. They have came back today saying the issue is at gmail's end and to contact google using a workspace account, as there is nothing they can do. I dont have a workspace account, is there anyway someone else here can create a ticket with google and link this thread?

That's unacceptable. The problem does not exist on one side, and why is it the customer's job to investigate if the issue is a configuration problem on Microsoft's side, or another client misbehaving, or similar? They are a cloud provider, they should investigate the issue, even if it means talking to another company! It's the internet, not the silo-net!

Same for me as well. This is only an issue when I send email from one of my two 365 accounts, when sending to more than one Gmail recipient.

Another +1 for me. I've had this domain setup for years and it's been working fine up until very recently. I hope this is being tracked internally as a high sev issue!

Same here - SPF correct, but Exchange Online cannot deliver to a few CC Gmail-Mailboxes.
