    My account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked and they deleted my phone # and changed my recovery email a different email address to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. they bought 2 Microsoft 360 1st one on 1/20/2024 then 1/21/24. request all my accounts be closed and I have contacted my bank. This is very unprofessional. Can not get ahold of anyone to talk to. request a full refund. I do have a copy of both transactions and screen shotted the conversation to the other woman. She will not give me back my account unless I send her money.

    This is my 2nd attempt to get ahold of someone. Why hasn't anyone gotten back with me!

    I want to cancel my Microsoft Subscription due for automatic renewal on 2/19/24. The credit card listed ending in 4695 has been cancelled. But that is not the reason that I don't want to renew my subscription. Alan T. Mattere 1-401-275-4905

    I want to cancel my "Office Outlook Subscription" due for automatic renewal on 2/19/2004. The credit card # 4695, has been cancelled. But that is not the reason why I don't want to renew my subscription. Alan T. Mattera 1-401-275-4905
