    Hi there

    Last year, I requested to cancel my microsoft family subscription but still I got charged with the payment. I want to request refund for the amount which has been deducted from my bank account. I clearly mentioned last time, I just want to keep Microsoft personal ($109). Last year I paid two times. So please give me a refund of $139. If you need more information please let me know.

    My account ******@gmail.com has been hacked and they deleted my phone # and changed my recovery email a different email address to ******@gmail.com. they bought 2 Microsoft 360 1st one on 1/20/2024 then 1/21/24. request all my accounts be closed and I have contacted my bank. This is very unprofessional. Can not get ahold of anyone to talk to. request a full refund. I do have a copy of both transactions and screen shotted the conversation to the other woman. She will not give me back my account unless I send her money.
