HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO MICROSOFT 365

The recurring charges of $69.99 Microsoft subscription we are trying to cancel was purchased for a different laptop and was under my sister's name Corina Saavedra. Her laptop is no longer working. How can we cancel this subscription?
