The most important thing that you need to ensure is that recurring billing is turned off fr the subscription to ensure that you do not get billed again when the subscription expires as described in the following article which some people habe reported not always being done automatically by simply cancelling a subscription

I canceled the account but you charged me again and the online login says I don't have an account

Same thing happened to me. It's some scam and customer support is non existent.

My subscription was cancelled in 2020 and I've just been charged again. There is no option on the account. Call back service failed. I'm clearly not the only one this has happened to - where is customer support?!
