same here. Such a scam and no customer support service. Every time I submitted call back number request there is no response. Tried calling MS customer support and they do not even take the call. Very bad customer support service from Microsoft.

LESS THAN A MONTHY AGO, I SUBSCRIBED TO THE 'TRY MICROSOFT FOR 30 DAYS FREE' I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE 2 WEEKS AGO. I MAY HAVE USED A DIFFERENT EMAIL WHICH IS NO LONER IN USE. I AM RETURNING MY NEW COMPUTER WHICH HAS SOME ISSUES. I MAY RESUBSCRIBE.
I didn't subscribed Microsoft 365, but I see asubscration unneeded, because I have word 2016 purchased. Thank you.
