I want to cancel my subscription and refund my payment

My problem is that we have ended up with two subscriptions to Office 365 Personal. One is long standing and was renewed 3/05/2024. Then recently we could not open word, excel, etc. so somehow we got a new subscription . transaction IP703656GR757621Y. This was purchased 6/02/24. We need to cancel the one issued in error and keep our original one.

The next problem is getting into it and pining to the task bar. I've been trying everything I can find on the website and it's making me go into the Office 365 account chosing the application.

I desperately want to cancel my unwanted 365 subscription and in order to do so require live human assistance from Microsoft. The problem is the portal will not except the email addresses I provide and therefore will not schedule a callback. You can keep the money paid over the last 12 plus months for something I did not use. I just want it to end. Please provide a phone number to call for customer service.

I am trying to get an Office 365 subscription cancelled for an email account that Microsoft has suspended because for some reason they decided they didn't like the password I was using.. Office 365 stopped working for this email. This has been going on for two years and another bill has just come in. I hate paying for Office 365 when I opened another sn account and bought Office 365 there.

I need to speak to a person about this because I can't go online to an account that has been suspended.
