Irene, I contacted you people last week. I asked that my "Subscription" for Office 365 to please not be automatically renewed on 2/19/24! The last 4 digits of the Credit Card # listed in your Email to me on January 20th, has been cancelled! Citi Cards cancelled that credit card, before I even knew that several fraudent charges had been made against it in January. The charges were under $50.00 and had nothing to do with my agreement with Microsoft. For now, I am going to ask you people once again: "Please do not renew my Office 365 agreement on 2/19/24!!!" I want to cancel my "Office Outlook Subscription" due for automatic renewal on 2/19/2004. The credit card # 4695, has been cancelled. But that is not the reason why I don't want to renew my subscription. Alan T. Mattera 1-401-275-4905
