I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I have the same problem... monthly charges that I don't recognize... and Microsoft won't help over the phone? I'm going to flag it as fraud with my bank!

There is no button that says "ask for refund." So now what do I do?
none of these options work? I was charged 5 times for an xbox membership and I do not even have an xbox! I was charger four times for a student version of excel and I have office 365 full addition. No kids or students in my home. How can I get a refund. My CC company is working to reverse the charges but have only be able to complete two of thew five so far.

on aug.20 2023 someone made a charger through Microsoft stores to my pay pall account that in turn charged my amx credit card
$160.00 that i did not make i have no clue as to who done it they also did the same thing to my debt card for the same amount.
