I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I need to speak to someone used my card and made recurring charges shows on my bank statement where are you're human workers?
I do not have a Microsoft account and asked the bank to stop charges and they said I need to contact you. I have been charged s far back as 2020 for $8.52 a month and have no idea what this is. I need this cancelled ASAP and can’t reach anyone to handle this. merchant number the bank gave me is an accurate and does not go through.
someone purchased microsoft office 365 on my pc and it charged me $105.99!! i need that refunded!! i do not see that ask for a refund option on that charge either!! i need that back asap!!
I to was charged for this microsoft 365 from my paypal account and DID NOT authorize the charge and Microsoft doesnt have a live representative appearently and this lack of help is uncalled for and not what a person likes to deal with on any occassion.
