How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

Please help me!!!

Hello,

I have spoke with your CS several times they are telling to reply back to the NO-Reply email box which I have with no response. My account was hacked by someone in brazil which I have an email confirming. I was charged over $600. I requested a refund which only a few charges were refunded since you only allow so many per year.

This process should not be this hard for fraudulent charges.

If it was a fraudulent charge then you should be working with your Financial Institution to have it reversed.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE- I AM BEING CHARGED FOR AN ACCOUNT I DO NOT HAVE. MICROSOFT WILL NOT TAKE A PHONE CALL, THE ROBOT SENDS YOU IN CIRCLES TO MAKE A DISPUTE. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO RESOLVE THIS IS ISSUE. LOOKS LIKE THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM
