I have an unauthorized charge on my account. It said it was done thru PayPal. I no longer use Microsoft and haven't in two years. I need this money back as it is for an electric bill. It's due now and I don't have the money now because of this charge. My E-Mail is ******@yahoo.com. please help me with this as I have children in my home and my power will be shut off if not paid.

I am having the same problem. When I open order history it only has options to redeem or view product key, not to request a refund. Your help system just sends me in circles. There seems to be no way to get an actual person and no options to select in your automated system that describe my problem. I am about ready to get rid of all Microsoft products and subscriptions entirely. I have an iMac I can start using instead of this PC.
