How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

Please help me!!!

    I sent in a dispute on the 22 of dec and have yet to get an answer and the amount of people who come here speaking of charges that they did not authorize is unreal. then we have no choice but to wait while they continue to steal money and let us just send in chat messages. Im just waiting on a class action suit.....

    It's so sad that i am dealing with this as well. Seems Microsoft keeps getting customers information hacked cause too many people are complaining about this issue.

    HELP ME

    i need help my cc that is on my acct is expired and i did not authorize new charges. but my acct is being charged need to speak with someone to get the charges reversed
