How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have charges on my checking account that I did not make. I want my account removed please.

hey Jon, what happens if it comes to the third-party for example, on my Verizon phone bill it’ll IM me saying that my phone number made a purchase which I didn’t it’s reoccurring and I canceled said purchase nine months ago but now I can’t get a hold of anybody to dispute it. Verizon says they can’t do anything about it to contact Microsoft any thoughts? Thank you for your help.
