I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.
I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

You can challenge any unauthorized charges on your Microsoft account by taking the following actions: 1. Register a Microsoft account. 2. Visit the page for Order History. 3. Locate and choose the charge you want to contest. 4. Choose Ask for a refund. 5. Complete the form and include a justification for your request before sending it. Within 72 hours, Microsoft will respond to your request, evaluate the problem, and take relevant action. By visiting the Microsoft support website here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ You may also get in touch with the Microsoft billing support staff. They will assist you in finding a solution and walk you through the procedure of contesting the charges. Please be aware that Microsoft can require documentation of unauthorized charges, such as a bank statement. Please don't hesitate to post back for further questions. hey Jon, what happens if it comes to the third-party for example, on my Verizon phone bill it’ll IM me saying that my phone number made a purchase which I didn’t it’s reoccurring and I canceled said purchase nine months ago but now I can’t get a hold of anybody to dispute it. Verizon says they can’t do anything about it to contact Microsoft any thoughts? Thank you for your help.
