How do I dispute unauthorized charges

I have 100’s of dollars of unauthorized charges for November 2022 & January 2023.

I’ve tried to contact you via phone & email.

Please help me!!!

    Hi my name is Maribel and I have a subscription for an xbox pass that you have been charging me for over a year. I was not aware of this. I have cancelled the subscription but would like a refund. It has never been used, I am not even familiar with what it is. I have looked all over your website trying to find ways to contact microsoft . It seems like you guys have made it difficult for users to get ahold of representative for assistance. Please rectify this situation. Million dollar corporation, Its truly shameful that we have to go through a difficult process especially when it comes to requesting money back for unauthorized charges. PLS RECTIFY THIS AND REFUND MY ACCOUNT. It would be greatly appreciated. This should not be long process, it wasn't a long process pulling out fund from my financial institution.

    I NEVER NOT authorized any charges from my bank account. The amount of $104.49 was withdrawn from my account on March 13, 2023. I DO NOT have a subscription with Microsoft. Please refund my money back to my account as soon as possible. I have tried contacting a customer service representative and called several times. I was on the phone with someonewho never responded to me, but I could hear his or her baby crying in the background.     I have an unauthorized charge on my account. It said it was done thru PayPal. I no longer use Microsoft and haven't in two years. I need this money back as it is for an electric bill. It's due now and I don't have the money now because of this charge. My E-Mail is ******@yahoo.com. please help me with this as I have children in my home and my power will be shut off if not paid.

    I had been charged in my visa card for US 59.99 on march 15 . Checking purchasing history there is nothing buy . I need my refund inmediately . Is an unathorized transaction.
