This suddenly popped out of a device. What does this mean? What should we do?

"mddprov account has removed your workplace account and deleted all of the information associated with your workplace account (including business apps, password requirements, and other policies) from your device."

Have checked the Settings > Accounts and the account is still connected to that same device.

Has anyone actually received an answer from Microsoft past the non-answer that is at the end of page four? I have been looking everywhere for something and the best thing that I can find is that the issue that happened while Microsoft was working on the InTune/AutoPilot API. Aside from that it has been "business-as-usual" and nothing is wrong. Clearly something went sideways along that process as multiple organizations, judging from the thread here, had the same Windows Notification happen.

Several of my users are getting this message and it freaked them out. Just checked the service health section of the M365 Admin Center and did not see any mention of this issue. What's going on Microsoft?

A user reported this to us morning of 30th March 2023. We have confirmed the user account has not been removed from Azure or Intune and no changes been made.

Any update from Microsoft on this?
