My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I got the same suspension notice and my account is squeaky clean.

I am the only adult in my household with an account, I only have one account, I live in the USA which is a supported region, have never used a VPN or other such proxy, have never used any bots, scripts or "cheat codes" (whatever that is supposed to mean) and yet I got the notice too.

I would actually respect Microsoft more if they just sent me an email saying "We are too cheap to honor your rewards points so we deleted them all lololol" rather than them try to act as if it is somehow my fault.

On the plus side it has been nice to go back to google search and firefox browser. Maybe the complaints to the better business bureau will yield some good results but who knows.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

I TRIED posting this:

First off I am in Pittsburgh PA and I didn't see a TIME ZONE for eastern time in your list.

We have several people in the house with Microsoft accounts but I AM THE ONLY ONE using Bing.com and the rewards. My sister has a hotmail.com account and so do I. We've had these accounts since hotmail was created. You can look at the account status. My 90 year old mother has a hotmail account too. But again I am the only one doing the searches, the quizzes and so forth. My mom rarely uses her account anymore for anything more that codes site send her to confirm her identity for things like her doctor. My sister searches for things since she has a hotmail account and she talks to Chat. I got this message:

All I do is log into my Bing.com once a day. I do some searches, do some quizzes, polls, and click on all the items under rewards. Now I can't do that! They COULD have emailed me and say they were banning me and explained why. But I guess they figured I would just keep clicking on there quizzes and doing polls.

What a waste of my time. Apparently I am not the only one!

I would like someone from Microsoft to look at my account and tell me what I violated. I didn't violate ANYTHING in my opinion.

the page at: Rewards Support (bing.com) says this: "Please fill out the form correctly" Everything is filled out correctly!

So you can't even submit a REPORT NOW!

Yes, Microsoft has been handling this like garbage, it's true. It was the kick I needed to cancel my 365 subscription though.
