My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    I really don't think Microsoft cares about this. These big tech companies really don't support their own products. They leave the day to day operations and customer complaints to the algorithms and AIs.

    Customers don't mean ANYTHING to Microsoft!

    Nope. It's still suspended. I didn't even get a response to anything I mailed or did online.

    They should have at least told me NO WE WON'T DO ANYTHING ... just something.

    They certainly lost a customer!
