My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    I too sent in MULTIPLE reports and I sent the arbitration form through the mail and online too. I have heard nothing from Microsoft.

    Remember Microsoft doesn't want you as a customer. NEVER buy a Microsoft product ever again. Sure unless you buy a MAC the next computer you buy will have Windows.

    But I was GOING to buy MS Office, screw that! I installed LibreOffice!

    If they don't want us as customers then don't be one and TELL ALL your friends.

    And NEVER USE BING...period...use ANY OTHER SEARCH ENGINE!

    my account has been suspended when I have done nothing wrong. All my searches have been done with bare fingers and hands. I have raised 5 tickets over the last 2 or so months with no response until Friday 22nd of December 2023 after I called about the issue. I was told to raise another ticket and shortly after I received an email saying that the issue has been resolved and the ticket has been closed.

    I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR MY TICKETS TO BE CLOSED AND MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SUSPENDED!

    This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and seems like when I try to get support, know one cares and there is no communication. This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had know this process was going to be painful, I would have kept my previous ticket numbers, but I'm sure you can see my tickets raised anyway.

    I DON'T WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE IGNORED AND I WANT THIS ISSUE ESCALATED AND RESOLVED AND MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY!

    I just filed ANOTHER complaint with Bing's support. I even mailed in the arbitration form. I don't think they even will respond.

    I wonder why they won't respond?
