My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

Please help me fix this issue !!

I only have the Aus number of the microsoft store(1800267785). Whe i called they said that the rewards team don't have a phone number and the onlyway is via email or raising a ticket which is useless anyway. It seems like that the rewards team can't be bothered, don't care, and don't want to be contacted. It's disgusting. Even when i called the microsoft store, they say that they can only engage the team by email. I got the microsoft store number by visiting a microsoft store. Maybe try that. Even when i went to the microsoft experience store and told them about the issue all the could do was give me the phone number.

What phone number can I call to talk to Microsoft

I think what is going on is when they see the ticket you, myself, or anyone else submits they see the case as RESOLVED in that the Bing Reward account was close due to a violation of their terms of service. That's all they see. The computer suspended our accounts so in their eyes it MUST BE CORRECT.

I really think this will go nowhere. Be the smart consumer and AVOID Microsoft products. So if you want a new game system go with Sony. Maybe look at Apple for a computer.

I will never buy Microsoft stuff at this point!

This is absolute bs! After raising 5 tickets, calling support and escalating the issue multiple times, II was asked to raise another ticket (which I did), I then recived an email saying that the issue has been resovled when it has not been and the closed my escalated case. The rewards team think its all a joke and dpnt have the decency to even respond or follow up. I will call the support team again and i will refuse to get off the phone unless the issue is resolved. I am so sick of the lack of communication and thinking that they can get way with claiming they fixed the issue when they have not.
