My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    I hate to say this, there appears to be no way to fix this.

    if you somehow get in touch with someone from Microsoft they send you to a web page where you fill out a report of the problem.

    that web site never replies to you ,

    either

    1. because your account is suspended they can not see your email ..or worse
    2. they filter your request because your account is suspended or even worse
    3. they are literally ignoring you . ( also it could be AI tech support on all of the above)

    You can buy Sony , you can run Linux . I think Microsoft does not care because ,they would have fixed this

    or at least give me an email why my account was suspended . I don't think I am asking too much for that

    I was committed to Xbox, but have been slowly moving toward linux since Vista.

    I was going to use my points on a Series X ..but now that the points are gone .. well I need to start saving again.

    I have owned/(or still own) an xbox, xbox 360 ,xbox one and xbox one x .. but Microsoft does not care .

    Ya I am done with Microsoft also. Never had a company treat me like this. Gamepass cancelled and will never buy a microsoft product again.

    My Microsoft Rewards account is suspended. WHY? I have not violated any of the rules. I had over 15,000 rewards points and suddenly, about when I went from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on my laptop, my rewards points were reduced to 4840 and now my points are stuck on 4840. My points should probably be at least 17,000.

    It appears that someone has tampered with my account.
