My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    i inquired 6 times and no response. now i cant even do that just greys everything out. horrible company

    I also never heard anything and I sent a mailed arbitration form and then a electronic version. I also sent forms for a support request appealing the suspension.

    We have to face it. Microsoft and Bing don't care and will just ignore it.

    Any LAWYERS out there getting banned? Class action lawsuit time!

    And file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office!

    does any one from microsoft actually read this , or is it just a waste of time.. I file a service request and they have not even sent me an email acknowledging the request. I have been saving up points for years and was ready to splurge on an xbox series one ...but now I can't even get an automated email saying why this happened ...

    Nope. It's still suspended. I didn't even get a response to anything I mailed or did online.

    They should have at least told me NO WE WON'T DO ANYTHING ... just something.

    They certainly lost a customer!
