My Microsoft Rewards Account has been suspended. How can I fix this?

I am unable visit Microsoft Rewards section and the message which I get is as follows :

Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

I think what is going on is when they see the ticket you, myself, or anyone else submits they see the case as RESOLVED in that the Bing Reward account was close due to a violation of their terms of service. That's all they see. The computer suspended our accounts so in their eyes it MUST BE CORRECT.

I really think this will go nowhere. Be the smart consumer and AVOID Microsoft products. So if you want a new game system go with Sony. Maybe look at Apple for a computer.

I will never buy Microsoft stuff at this point!

I got the same suspension notice and my account is squeaky clean.

I am the only adult in my household with an account, I only have one account, I live in the USA which is a supported region, have never used a VPN or other such proxy, have never used any bots, scripts or "cheat codes" (whatever that is supposed to mean) and yet I got the notice too.

I would actually respect Microsoft more if they just sent me an email saying "We are too cheap to honor your rewards points so we deleted them all lololol" rather than them try to act as if it is somehow my fault.

On the plus side it has been nice to go back to google search and firefox browser. Maybe the complaints to the better business bureau will yield some good results but who knows.

i have the same issue for half a year by now? maybe even longer time period.

raised multiple ticket but did not get any response to unblock, or at least provide a proper reason why my account is shown suspended.

today when i try to raise a ticket the site purely indicate "you cannot submit this ticket".

They literally did the same thing with mine just today when I was just about to get on my phone to do my daily quizzes. I thought something was wrong with Microsoft Rewards at first only to realize they suspended it under so called "research" that's in other words a bunch of nonsensical assumptions that they can no way prove nor have proof of. I had almost 62k. So I guess on top of nerfing points they're suspending random accounts based on what? Research? What research could've possibly been conducted to come to this conclusion when there's absolutely nothing to prove any of the possible reasons below for my unjustified suspension? I worked hard for my rewards and in no way violated anything. You wrongly suspended my account. And I have friends they did the same to. So it's okay for you to share the same number and even have multiple people on your Xbox share the same console but because of that you assume I have multiple reward accounts that I share just between myself? The people I live with we all use the same console because we live on a budget and all chipped in to buy it. We have, or did have our own Rewards accounts.
