Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

    I am using office products from our office professional 10 I believe.

    Office 2010? It's been a while since I used that product. In Word, do you see an Account option on the File tab?

    I did do this, and Yes Stefan, IT IS AFFECTING ALL ONLINE IMAGES. I IMMEDIATELY get the error

    Here, using a personal subscription, I am able to insert both local and online images in the local version of Word (and also in Word on the web).

    Which specific product are you running?

    I did let microsoft know and did report this issue and got no response. Here is an update, I can insert online pictures on a desktop pc but NOT a laptop, any laptop I try it is like a setting you are not thinking of got turned on. I have done all the fixes in your post and everything else posted. Thanks
