I have the same problem with a user.
There's no incident reported on admin portal yet. !!!

Someone take contact with the support os Office 365 ?

Exact same thing on our end. It started around 2-3 weeks ago. I thought it was related to recent OneDrive for business sharing folder advisory. BUT I'm glad I saw this post.

Generally, it happens randomly on users' PC. But it starts to happen way more often. Sometime closing out OneDrive, deleting temp files, reboot, and manually click to sign in to OneDrive (no prompt for password , just goes in) will work. But a lot of times it still doesn't login. Occasionally instead of that error user gets a login prompt for password. After entering password and confirming MFA, it gives error messages as if some Conditional Access rule was causing it. This whole issue usually gets resolved on its own within 24-48 hours. And I'd know by either rebooting the PC or opening OneDrive and clicking 'sign in' and it just goes in.

I just had one user happen to him 2 days in a row.

I have the same problem.

1. Microsoft 365 E3
2. 23.048.0305.0002 (64 bit)

We have the same problem in several clients using Citrix, any of the OneDrive versions seems to fail as well, production or deffered. We have an installation per machine using /allusers and we are in contact with Microsoft but no solution so far.

We had some odd situations:

-In the same affected virtual machine after uninstalling OneDrive, if we install by user the application with the administrator the login works, same steps with a non administrator user fails. These last days it fails even as administrator.

-The other situation is in a different virtual machine installed with /allusers and only 1 users is working fine, the rest have the same error. This user had the error initially but only after a reboot of the machine worked again.

We deleted every reference to OneDrive with Revo Uninstaller, delete appdata folders, windows registry account key, etc... and we have the same problem.

We are still waiting for the answer to the last tests

Im facing this same issue on a Multisession environment with Onedrive For Bussiness install for /allusers.

Onedrive installed on single user is not giving us this problem. We have a support case open with Microsoft like for one week but we are not having any solution. This problem has occurr since last version of onedrive was deployed but we tryed to install other versions and it auto-updates tu last version. We cannot deploy onedrive to every user because there are more than 100 hundred users facing this issue, we need a solution to the onedrive for bussiness for /allusers deployment.

Any ideas are appreciated.
