Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.

Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

    Could you give me any example of Copilot ready applications (word, excel, powerpoint etc.) that I could start experiencing with?

    It seems that "Everyone" isn't US yet. Not released yet!

    Dear Khanh Bui,

    I believe Microsoft has not officially released copilot for outlook yet. They have only announced it at this point.

    They have also not provided any information on how they will be pricing this additional feature at the moment.

    Do keep an eye out for it in the near future.
