I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

D.R. Shaw - Completely remove the card that has expired, then choose to add a new card. Put the same card number with the new expiration date.
How do I do that?
I just tried it again and I didn't see any option for removing a card. And it's not the same card number; they sent me an updated card with a different number - just fyi.

I'm sorry but there's no place to change the card number - what place am I supposed to be looking for? Where do I find it? It's not on My Account page - where is it? Please help me here. Repeating the instruction isn't working for me.
On the Account Page scroll down to Payment Options and click on it. This will show your payment credit card or cards, whether Visa, Amex, Discover, etc. Click on the card you wish to remove. Choose remove card or edit card.
