I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

I added a new payment method, and requested my subscription use the new payment method, but they still didn't do it. This was over 24 hour ago. I have a subscription to 100gb storage in onedrive, but it's been showing I have only 5gb and am over the limit, so I cannot add anything to it.

I am having a similar issue for updating my card for a subscription. It won't allow me to remove my old card but my new card is on the account but it won't change payment methods. I require this sorted ASAP as I cannot access my emails.

Why am I getting this message again? My account and my payment method is correct.

1:21P MDT.
One states "I can't change my payment method" and the other "A moderator has
deleted a thread you were following" and I have never followed or created a thread.
Please stop sending me these emails.
I followed these suggested steps....And of course, also as usual, MS support is useless. It responds, "cannot complete your request at this time." I'm not sure why I continue to bother with MS products anymore. I think I'll cancel them all now.
I can't get Microsoft to accept my new card. My bank stopped my credit card because they suspected someone was hacking it. I followed all procedure to replace it with a new one for Microsoft and Microsoft now correctly lists my new card as my payment method but still clams my payments are not going through nd tells me to update.
What also puzzles me is that they tell me I owe a paltry ZAR29.00. What for? I thought that my subscription was taken off my card annually on 12/1/--
