I can't remove the old (expired) credit card.
And I can't add a new credit card.
It keeps saying the same error message
"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card."
Despite all info entered being accurate.

Hi, how did you manage that please? They should definitely have more people in real life helping, it’s a massive failure in their customer service area I feel. I’ve been having trouble for months, my issue is continuously being escalated as priority but nothing happens from there :( my university studies are at risk and all I’m trying to do is Microsoft money… it won’t even let me set up a brand new account…
I eventually got to speak to a human being, what a bonus, and she managed to sort my problems out.
its just such a pity that its so hard to talk to a human being, maybe they should employ more human beings , what ever happened to that idea ??

On the Account Page scroll down to Payment Options and click on it. This will show your payment credit card or cards, whether Visa, Amex, Discover, etc. Click on the card you wish to remove. Choose remove card or edit card.
