how do i get live support?

was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.

why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.

then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.

i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

Hi did you ever get back into your account? I’m also blocked and not receiving the recovery code or email. Appears to be no support to non business email users.

None of that works Taiwo. Microsoft has discontinued all live support...except I was able
after many days of searching to find a live support chat and they refused to help, insisting
their A.I. bot form is the ONLY way back in, yet it aint.

There are lots of not Microsoft companies on the net offering to help people get

access to their accounts again. I wonder how the heck they would do that...I am
guessing they take your money before they tell you they can't, plus who knows

what kind of personal info they get before they scam you.

How is that NOT a major security risk. Yet Microsoft is entirely responsible for it.
