Hello

Just recently, I have been getting this error on some on my OneNote notebooks and while I can force a sync, the process takes an exceedingly long time and does resolve itself only to reappear later in the day.

I have tried to copy sections into a new notebook only to have the problem reoccur.

OneNote can't connect to the network. We'll try to sync your notes when the network is available. (Error code: 0xE000006B b6d09)

I can open the notebook via the web app but the sections that do not synchronize show an error.

I am sure that the network is not the issue.

    Currently, under investigation. Avast asks for service packages of affected customers to speed up the fix.

    Edit: Disabling just the "HTTPS-Scanning" Option in Avast solves the syncing problem in OneNote for me.

    That's the solution! It is an Avast issue, not a MS!

    Uncheck in Menü - Einstellungen - Schutz - Wichtige Schutzmodule - Web-Schutz - HTTPS-Scanning

    I wan't able to sync with the same error message for a week. After temporary turning off Avast, syncing works.

    Edit: Disabling just the "HTTPS-Scanning" Option in Avast solves the syncing problem in OneNote for me.

    I finally got my OneNote, notebook to sync. It's one that's stored in Teams (aka Share Point) so what I had to do was simply close it from the app itself, and click the OK button when it warned me that it couldn't sync. Then I went back into Teams, found that notebook again and opened it in the app. Everything syncs now.
