Hello

Just recently, I have been getting this error on some on my OneNote notebooks and while I can force a sync, the process takes an exceedingly long time and does resolve itself only to reappear later in the day.

I have tried to copy sections into a new notebook only to have the problem reoccur.

OneNote can't connect to the network. We'll try to sync your notes when the network is available. (Error code: 0xE000006B b6d09)

I can open the notebook via the web app but the sections that do not synchronize show an error.

I am sure that the network is not the issue.

    I am also having the same problem as the OneNote on my desktop is not syncing with the OneNote on the OneNote website or OneDrive Website.

    It is unacceptable that we, the customers, have to deal with this issue and inconvenience. Please fix it ASAP.

    I also have the same problem with Office 365 OneNote sync while using Avast.

    Deleting OneNote cache folder in "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneNote\16.0" help me solve problems.

    I am still experiencing problems synchronizing my OneNote notebooks and I think the problem is related to the OneNote insider build that I am using.

    The problem is intermittent among my notebooks

    Microsoft® OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16124.20000) 64-bit

    I also when into my company's office this week to see if the problem was related to my internet provider at home but I still had the sync issues when I was connected to my company's network. The one thing that I have found is that I have a corporate virtual machine which has a semi-annual version of OneNote and I am having not sync issues with this version
