Overwhelmed by onmicrosoft.com SPAM EMAILS

How do I block onmicrosoft.com SPAM EMAILS? I am getting relentlessly spammed and cannot seem to block these emails. This is a serious problem because about every third or forth email is this onmicrosoft.com SPAM EMAIL. I like office 365 but this is ridiculous!!!

    I have the same problem ,i tried unsubscribing but the more I unsubscribe the more emails I get

    Unfortunately, you will never be able to block the scam emails.

    All anyone can do is set up filters to move the scam emails to your junk folder.

    I am using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client.

    In saying this I have set up an address book named "Junk" and I add ALL the scam senders to the Junk address book (which contains 701 addresses in it to date, 70 of them have been added in the last 21 days) then create the filter to move All email addresses to another folder that is called "Trash", (You may need to create a new folder)

    Thunderbird then moves All the emails listed in the junk address book to the trash for me to check later.

    The 6 emails listed below are from onmicrosoft.com all in todays

    Final notice: Your.@Account. will be.Suspeneded!9650
    Moniquejade'Final notice: ******@Account.willbe.Suspeneded!0524
    McAfeeFinal Warning: Your.@Account.WillBe.Suspeneded!6010
    Mjtoms'Final notice: ******@Account.will be.Suspeneded!6240
    Moniquejade'Final notice: ******@Account.willbe.Suspeneded!5130
    Moniquejade'Final notice: ******@Account.willbe.Suspeneded!3763

    The following lines is part of each email

    "Hei Timo 📄 Anna-Liisa Makkonen julkaisi päivityksen Kiittäen Facebook-tiimi ======================================== Tämä viesti lähetettiin osoitteeseen ******@kolumbus.fi. Jos et halua saada näitä sähköpostiviestejä Metalta tulevaisuudessa, lopeta tilaus alla olevan linkin kautta.…"

    All I can say is Don't open of click on any links in the email,just block them.

    If Microsoft won't do anything, I'll take the simple solution and send everything from an onmicrosoft address to junk. I might get one or two upset customers, but I guess I'll get the chance to explain when they CALL me to complain...

    That is a really stupid advice.

    Even if such a message would have an unsubscribe link, it would be a bad choice to click on it.

    It can lead to a virus and if you could actually follow an unsubscribe script, it will be an acknowledgement that your email is working, following in even more spam.
