Overwhelmed by onmicrosoft.com SPAM EMAILS

Somehow Yahoo/ATT send these DAM craps to my Spam files. They do not go to my inbox. But I follow PHISHING trends and these are Phishing.

DO NOT click on anything including the unsubscribe... EVER! Report it as spam..These are SOME of what I get:

Hi Terri R! I'm sorry as I understand how frustrating it can be to receive a large amount of spam emails. While it's not possible to completely eliminate spam Have you tried to unscribe from the email? Check the content of the mail, you will see unscribed button, follow the link to unsubscribe from the mail. This should eventually eliminate the large junks of mail from the domain Also, you can try to Block senders or domains: To do this: Right-click on an email from onmicrosoft.com in your inbox. Select "Junk" from the context menu, and then click on "Block Sender" or "Block Sender's Domain." Outlook will move the email to your junk folder and automatically block future emails from that sender or domain. Absolutely do NOT click anything in these spam emails. Many of these are phishing emails and when you "unsubscribe" you're only feeding them all of your information to use as they wish. They will often ask for login and personal information like the last four of your social. whatever you do, DO NOT click on anything in these emails. I recommend just blocking the email addresses. I had to block all incoming emails from onmicrosoft, because all the phishing emails I get are from this domain. It's a shame.

I've set up flows in power automate, so microsoft are 'kind of' made responsible for actually doing the spam removal work, even if I have had to set it up, https://make.powerautomate.com/ -> 'my flows' -> new flow -> call it 'spam block' or such, create a rule for outlook 'When a new email arrives (V2)' (to the junk folder, as only trusted emails should be going to inbox anyway)
Then add a condition (keep adding them as 'or' conditions) with condition 'from' - 'contains' - 'onmicrosoft.com' (you can choose any parts of an email, eg. 'body' or 'subject') then on the 'if' any of these or conditions (there's a limit of 10 per flow condition I've found) then do action 'delete email' (just goes to deleted items, as it would if manually deleted) and leave 'no' empty (email will just stay in junk if that's where it's gone).
Obviously, don't make the filters too wide ranging, try to be as specific as you can be to the junk email wording, or you might delete non junk in with them.
