Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

This is what Tech Support replied: "I understand you better Sagar, I will like you to know that this Issue is a Known Issue and our engineers are working to fix it February 20, 2023, 9:34 am"
I had this happen this morning for the first time. Can't find any link to a Microsoft Support or Customer Service site.
There is a growing Twitter thread at #Outlook about this. At least one person said they have been struggling with this for weeks. Hope that's not true.
I'm having exactly the same problem. Have had my email address for as long as I can remember, but never had an issue like this. I can't find any info on it, apart from seeing here that it is happening to others too. Hope they sort it out quickly; it's a real pain!
