Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

I have the same problem starting about the same time. I have an IPhone and have had the same email for 20+ years. I recently started signing in to bing to get Microsoft points and thought that maybe causing the problem.
Day four and still getting spam in inbox.
Spammers are obviously way more smarter than the Microsoft engineers as I am now back to where I was. ~30 junk emails in my "Focused" (what a joke!) mailbox since morning. Useless!

My experience too. Getting a few junk mails into my Inbox, and more then ever into my junk box - 55 this am.
