Junk Emails Suddenly going to Inbox Feb 2023

Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.

Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

    Did you get it fixed? I got mine back to normal. I changed my password yesterday and after that I stopped getting the junk mail in my inbox. I made sure to check the box to sign out of all my devices. Maybe Microsoft fixed the problem yesterday after getting all those messages, I just was trying to figure it out on my end so ended up just changing my password.

    It was a MS problem, you probably know that by now.
