Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Same here, never happened before and just this morning, February 20, 2023 all email is going to my inbox. Nothing is going to junk either.
I have the identical issue, last night suddenly receiving all of what appears to be junk mail in my inbox. HELP is ineffective because it presumes the owner of the account has somehow caused the problem and needs to take corrective action. It's Microsoft that's causing the issue and needs to clear it up. BUT you don't hear anything from the Microsoft Team regarding this issue that seems to occur periodically throughtout any given calendar. For me, its happened most frequently in 2022. Maybe Time to switch to another Email Service.

But it's still tiresome to stop this sudden torrent of junk entering my inbox.

What a shame - exactly same thing for me too. Really annoying, hopefully it gets fixed soon.
....................and tech support is non existent to say the least. Pick list sends you back to Contact which sends you back to suggestions for the user to take "corrective action". RIGHT
