Hi, I had my hotmail account for over 20 years and I never had an issue like this. As of this morning at 4am ALL of my junk emails are going to my inbox. No settings have been amended.
Since I've had this account for many years every 5 minutes I receive a junk in my inbox. Ive searched for a solution online but all I can see is for outlook and not outlook/hotmail 365. I've tried everything at this point, from rules to flagging wit no help. Has anyone experienced the same? Microsoft doesnt seem to have a customer service team to help?

Same problem with my hotmail account, which I have had for over 25 years, here in New Zealand.
So was mine!
Looks like problem fixed. I'm getting junk mail into my junk folder now. First one in came about 10 AM MDT. Microsoft owes us an apology.
Same here in Canada.
Fingers crossed--it seems to be fixed. Last junk mail I received in my inbox was at approx 1240 EST.
